Program Description

The Educator Onboarding Readiness Package provides new and developing childcare professionals with a comprehensive introduction to the knowledge, expectations, and practical skills required to work safely, confidently, and professionally within an early learning environment.

This package brings together seven foundational workshops that guide educators through essential classroom procedures, professional responsibilities, family communication, workplace relationships, curriculum planning, daily routines, and children’s health and safety. Participants will learn how to contribute to a welcoming and well-organized classroom while supporting children’s learning, development, safety, inclusion, and emotional well-being.
